All our orders are shipped directly from our stores. We have a clear shipping policy in place which states the near approximate time frame needed to ship out specific items of jewelry. Generally, the time taken to ship out an order depends on the location to which the jewelry is to be shipped. We ship out orders within 3 to 4 business days. We usually give an estimated delivery date at the time of confirming your order.
We provide free shipping facility on all standard orders within the country. We check everything before we ship it so please notify us immediately on receipt of your order if your item has been damaged in transit.

Diamond Cut
Diamond cut is used to describe the shape of a diamond and its reflective qualities which is determined by the way the diamond is cut. The stone’s flash of colors and brilliance results from the quality of the cut. Symmetry, proportion, and finish of the diamond are also directly influenced by the cut. Brilliant cut, step cut, and mixed cut are the three types of Diamond cut.
Brilliant Cut: The brilliant cut involves triangular and kite-shaped facets, and it is designed to optimize sparkle.
Step Cut: The step cut aims at increasing the elegance of the diamond. This is achieved by minimizing the facets and adding more trapezoids and rectangles.
Mixed Cut: This is a combination of the step and brilliant cut styles and is used to create a unique and beautiful diamond.
Diamond Clarity
As diamonds are created naturally, it is obvious that they come with some flaws called inclusions. These include cracks, air bubbles, presence of foreign materials, and others. The clarity of a diamond is determined by its size, type, position, and distinction of inclusions. Diamonds with less inclusions and blemishes like scratches and chips are of a higher clarity and hence highly valued and priced.
The parameters used for judging clarity are:
Flawless (no inclusions under 10x loupe)
IF (Internally Flawless, surface blemishes exist)
VVS 1, 2 (Very, Very Slightly included: minute inclusions)
VS 1, 2 (Very Slightly included: minor inclusions)
SI 1, 2 (Slightly Included: noticeable inclusions)
I 1, 2, 3 (Included: observable inclusions)
Diamond Color:
The color of a diamond refers to the presence or absence of color which is a result of the composition of the diamond which never ever changes. Color grading is measured from a scale of D to Z with D denoting colorless and Z the other extreme of color. Colorless diamonds have the maximum value and are priced the highest. Diamond colors rank in the following groups:
Colorless: D, E, or F
Near Colorless: G, H, I, or J
Faint Yellow Tint*: K, L, or M
Very Light Yellow Tint*: N, O, P, Q, or R
Tinted Light Yellow*: S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, or Z
