How do I return the product to Eravos within 30days?

Customized or resized jewelry are not returnable.

Products such as Bridal Sets, Certain Engagement rings, Fusion rings, Tube bracelets, Classic bangles, Signature bracelets & all men’s products are not returnable as these products are made on receiving of order.

 
Call our fantastic customer service team at 703-827-3037 between 9 -5 pm Monday-Friday, and you will be given a shipping label from one of our courier service providers once you let us know the item you would like to return along with your Order Number.
Secure your jewelry with the original packing materials and certificate provided by Eravos.
Once your returned item is received by Eravos, your refund or new item will be processed instantly.
100% Refund - Our 30-day No Questions asked Money Back Policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with a 100% full refund or exchange.
Returned Items, including free gift(s), must be unworn and in the state that you received them.
We will not accept liability for goods lost or damaged while being returned.
Jewelry returned outside the stipulated time deadlines will only be accepted at the discretion of Eravos.
Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days, depending on the bank issuing them.

International Shipping & Returns:

We charge a flat rate of $50 for International Shipping.
International Shipping may take up to 10 business days.

International Customs, Duties and Taxes:

The local customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and compliance and other government agency charges to your international order. The recipient of the shipment will be responsible for all the additional charges required for customs clearance. On the arrival of your order at customs, you will either be contacted by our shipper or directly by the customs office to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due.
Eravos has no control over the estimated duty and tax rates charged, it is advised to contact the destination country's customs office for any further details.

 Insurance of Shipment:

All Eravos shipments are under insurance coverage until the package reaches its destination. We advise clients and/or their recipients to be available at the shipping address at the time of delivery; as once delivered, Eravos does not hold any responsibility for the parcel.
